Fighting Racism, Antisemitism and Intolerance through Sports

Tarik Black – Former NBA Player

June 22, 2026 by Max Admin

Tarik Black is a professional basketball player whose career has taken him from Memphis and Kansas to the NBA, Israel, and top international leagues. He played for the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers before continuing his career with leading clubs including Maccabi Tel Aviv, Olympiacos, and LDLC ASVEL.

A former NBA, Israeli League champion and All-Star with Maccabi Tel Aviv, Tarik brings global experience, leadership, and a strong connection to the power of sport. He is a natural addition to Project Max, helping advance our mission to unite communities through sports and stand together against antisemitism, racism, and hate.
